LPO CANDIDATE PLACEMENT GUIDELINES & REQUIREMENT OVERVIEW
This document outlines the guidelines and qualifications required to apply for data entry placement through our Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) network. Please note that this platform serves as an evaluation and guidance portal to assist candidates in registering with partner employers:
1. Conditional Engagement & Scope of Training
Engagement with hiring legal firms is contingent upon completing employer onboarding requirements, including participation in the Certified Legal Data Entry & Records Management Specialist (CLDERMS) training curriculum and satisfactory completion of initial placement assignments.
2. Compensation & Wage Structure
During the introductory onboarding and initial demo placement phase with partner employers, compensation is structured at a starting rate of $20.00 per hour. Upon successful completion of the CLDERMS program, demonstration of accuracy benchmarks, and satisfactory evaluation, your hourly rate progresses to $30.00 per hour.
3. Mandatory Activation & Team Lead Verification
Immediately following formal account registration on the main employer portal, candidates are required to participate in an activation session via the employer's Dashboard Team Chat. Candidates should remain actively logged into the employer platform for a minimum of forty-five (45) consecutive minutes post-registration to facilitate account verification by their assigned Team Lead.
4. Confidentiality & Security Protocols
All legal documents and client records accessed through partner employer portals are strictly confidential. Production-level access to sensitive case records is authorized following HR clearance and initial placement evaluation.
